Yesterday the Skipton Building Society launched 100% mortgages for the first time since 2008. Yes, no deposit required for First Time Buyers who have a track record in rental accommodation for over 12 months. You also need to be able to show all bills have been paid in that time and the new mortgage payments cannot exceed your current rental payments.
