12 May Bank Of England Raise Rates
Yesterday the Bank of England raised interest rates by 0.25% bringing them up to 4.50%. If you are on a Fixed Rate deal currently nothing will change. If you are on a Variable or Tracker Product then this will mean increases in monthly payments. I would recommend you speak to a Broker and see if you are in a position to move to a Fixed Rate Deal if you want to reduce monthly payments and know what you will be paying going forward.
