Do I need a solicitor?
No. As a member of the New Leaf Will Writers Federation we are able to write your will to the same high standards you would expect from a solicitor, without their high prices.
Will it take a long time?
Our first consultation may take about an hour depending on your circumstances and then any subsequent meeting to amend or change the first draft would normally take no more than 30 minutes.
Is it complicated?
Although some of the language in a will can seem complicated as it is written in legal pros, we can take the time to explain it all to you and make it very understandable.
How often do I need to change my will?
Normally you would look to change your will when life changing events happen in your life, for example the birth of a new child, a marriage, a divorce, a win on the lottery!
Who will look after my children if I don’t have a will?
This very much depends on your personal situation but it’s definitely best to put this into a will to give you peace of mind and your children security.
I want a funeral plan, can you help?
A funeral plan is something separate from a will but we can also help with this.
